Appointments - Do I need one?

Yes.  All Health Department clinic services are by appointment only. Same day appointments and some after hours appointments available. Call for information.

Appointments - What should I bring with me?

Please bring the following to all appointments:

  • Proof of most recent income information
  • Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare card(s)
  • Identification
  • Proof of your current address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.)

Rabies Clinics - When are they?

The last Tuesday of March, June and September, and the second Tuesday in December (every year).
