NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING
The Randolph County Department of Planning and Development will be holding an informal Neighborhood Information Meeting on February 6, 2020, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 145-C Worth St, Asheboro, NC 27203. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the citizens to meet with developers and ask questions about proposed subdivision development in the area.
The following proposed subdivision will be available for review and public comment prior to the Planning Board Public Hearing on February 6, 2020.
JEFF MOORE, Asheboro, NC, is requesting that 13.84 acres located at the corner of Old Cox Rd and Fairview Farm Rd, Grant Township, be rezoned from RA – Residential Agricultural to CVOE-CD – Conventional Subdivision Overlay Exclusive – Conditional District. Tax ID #7676673718. Zoo Environmental Area. The proposed Conditional Zoning District would specifically allow a 9-lot site built subdivision with a minimum house size of1,300 sq. ft. as per site plan. Property Owner: Lori Pritchard.
