NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING

The  Randolph  County  Department  of  Planning  and  Development  will  be  holding  an informal Neighborhood Information Meeting on February 4, 2021, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm,  in  the  Commissioners  Meeting  Room,  145-C Worth  St,  Asheboro,  NC 27203. The purpose of thismeeting is to allow the citizens to meet with developers and ask questions about proposed subdivision development in the area.

PIERCE ESTATES (Application #2021-00000075)

NORMA C PIERCE ESTATE,Trinity, NC, isrequesting that 29.20acres located between Flint  HillRd,  Beeson  Farm  Rd  and  Beckerdite  Rd, Back  CreekTownship,  be  rezoned from RA –Residential  Agricultural  Districtto CVOE-CD –Conventional  Subdivision Overlay Exclusive –Conditional District.Tax ID #7724675402. SecondaryGrowthArea. The  proposed  Conditional  Zoning  District  would  specifically  allow  a 27-lot site-builtsubdivision with minimum house size of 1,300 sq. ft. as per site plan.

Changes to this request may be made after the Neighborhood Information Meeting and at Public Hearing before the Randolph County Planning Board.
