Deputy Ralph Steven Graves
August 24, 1952 to June 10, 1977
On June 10, 1977, Deputy Steven Graves was killed in the line of duty. Deputy Graves was pursuing a vehicle when his patrol car crashed. Deputy Graves was a one year veteran of the Sheriff's Office and is survived by a wife and two children.
Deputy Toney Clayton Summey
05/04/1961 to April 27, 2003
On April 27, 2003, Deputy Toney Summey was killed in the line of duty while attempting to serve domestic violence warrants. Deputy Summey was 41 years old and is survived by his wife and two children. He was a four year veteran of the Sheriff's Office.
