On May 20, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jericho Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a family fight. While responding to the address, deputies were advised that three subjects, known to the caller, had broken into the residence and were attempting entry. Additional information was subsequently received, indicating a physical altercation was taking place inside the residence. As were arriving on scene, they were further advised the subjects were fleeing the scene in a vehicle. Deputies observed a vehicle attempting to back out of the driveway and were able to block it in. All three suspects were detained pending investigation.
Following the investigation, Andre Ahmad Harrington was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charge of felony breaking/entering with intent to terrorize/injure occupant and misdemeanor injury to personal property. He was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for May 23, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
Sethery Dean Stiltner was also arrested for misdemeanor assault on a female, and a juvenile petition was sought on another subject for breaking and entering to terrorize/injure.
