On October 2, 2023, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a vehicle sitting stationary halfway in the turning lane and the lane of travel at Hunters Club Dr., Trinity. The vehicle then turned onto Hunter’s Club, turned into the first driveway, and stopped. The driver exited the vehicle and attempted to walk away but responded to the command of the deputy to stop and answer questions.
Upon approach of the vehicle, the deputy observed a male passenger, later identified as William Jamauel Coble, lying face down in the rear seat of the vehicle and woke him.
While speaking with Foley, Coble opened the rear passenger door and ran from the vehicle. Additional deputies responded to assist in a search but were unable to locate Coble, who has outstanding warrants for arrest out of Randolph for felony interfering with electronic monitoring device and felonious restraint out of Guilford County.
Foley had outstanding orders and warrants for arrest out of Rowan County and was therefire placed under arrest. During a subsequent search, Foley was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, schedule III and IV controlled substances, and paraphernalia. She was also driving while her license was revoked.
She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. She was issued a $10,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for October 3, 2023, in Randolph County District Court. She was also served her outstanding processes and issued a secured bond of $17,750.
