On October 13, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Garren Town Road, Asheboro, in reference to trespassing. During the investigation, Communications advised that the male subject, identified as Noah Collins, had an outstanding order for arrest for felony first-degree kidnapping. Collins was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his true bill of indictment for felony first-degree kidnapping. He was issued a $100,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for October 16, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Collins was trespassed from the property.
