On May 14, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to S. Main St., Randleman, in reference to a found stolen motor vehicle out of Virginia in the possession of Donald Robert Bain. It was also determined that Bain had an outstanding order for arrest for failure to appear, Bain was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and served him with his outstanding order for arrest. He was issued a $10,000 total secured bond and a first appearance was set for May 15, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
