On April 22, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Labrador Dr., Randleman, in reference to a reported larceny/theft.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Heather Nicole Grant for felony embezzlement, felon financial card theft, and felony identity theft, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue that warrant. On May 22, 2024, Grant was located by the Criminal Apprehension Team, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served and issued a written promise to appear on June 3, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
