On August 15, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Harlow Dr., Archdale, in reference to a larceny that had occurred on Beck Country Rd., Randleman, when two dirt bikes were stolen from the property. Further information was collected and an investigation began.
On August 22, 2024, the victim advised he had possibly located pictures of one of the dirt bikes on social media. Deputies identified the possible suspects and attempted to locate them for a follow-up investigation.
On August 24, 2024, deputies recovered one of the dirt bikes at a residence on Coltrane Mill Rd. in Randleman. Following the investigation by the Criminal Interdiction Team Urban Unit, charges were sought against Aaron Douglas Tysinger for felony obtain property by false pretense, felony larceny after breaking/entering, and felony breaking and entering and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for his arrest. Charges were also sought against Connie Nicole Miller for felony obtain property by false pretense and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for her arrest.
On August 29, 2024, the Criminal Interdiction Team Urban Unit located Tysinger and Miller at a residence on Shadd Ln. in Greensboro. Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where they were served their warrants. Tysinger was issued a $50,000 secured bond and Miller was issued a $5,000 secured bond. Their first appearance was set for August 30, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
