On September 27, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were alerted that Pedro Tadeo may have tampered with his monitoring device and did a compliance check at his residence. Any tampering with the device is a violation of their EHA.
Tadeo was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony electronic house arrest/violation.
He was issued a $75,000 secured bond with continued EHA. A first appearance was set for September 30, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
Tadeo has been on EHA since September 23, 2024.
