On August 27, 2024, a victim reported to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and provided information regarding the theft and fraudulent use of a financial card.
Following an investigation by Criminal Investigation Division Detectives, charges were sought against Debbie Lula Parrish for felony financial card theft, felony identity theft, and misdemeanor financial card fraud. The magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On October 18, 2024, Parrish was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served her warrant. The magistrate denied bond and a first appearance was set for October 21, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
