On December 14, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Magistrate’s Office in regards to a call for service for a reported assault.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Samuel Eugene Bullins for felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor false imprisonment and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
Deputies responded to Bullins Ln. and arrested Bullins on the outstanding warrants without further incident. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was given no bond and a first appearance was set for December 16, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
