On April 22, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were notified of a potential violation committed by Kelly Lamar Faircloth.
After confirming the violation, Deputies tracked Faircloth to E. Dixie Drive, Asheboro. Upon contact, Faircloth was taken into custody and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center. The magistrate found probable cause for felony electronic house arrest/violation of his Pre-Trial Release conditions and issued a $100,000 secured bond. A court date was set for April 28, 2025, in Randolph County Superior Court. Faircloth was originally placed on Electronic House Arrest on November 6, 2024, following a charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. He previously violated his release conditions on April 14, 2025, for which he was arrested, posted a $50,000 secured bond, and was subsequently reinstated on Electronic House Arrest.
