On December 9, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to King Rd., Ramseur, in reference to larceny from a motor vehicle. Evidence was collected. Following the investigation, charges were sought against Santell Lee Brown for felony break/enter motor vehicle with theft and misdemeanor larceny, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
On April 23, 2025, Brown was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served the warrant and issued a $5,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for April 25, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
