On July 13, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Hopewell Church Rd., Trinity, in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival in the area, deputies located the vehicle matching the description given. Upon approach, the driver was identified as Stephen Zachary Oldham.
During a subsequent search, narcotics and paraphernalia were found. Oldham was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of heroin, felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond, and a court date was set for July 14, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
He was also served two outstanding orders for arrest out of Guilford County and received a $400.00 bond on each.
