On February 6, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Old Mendenhall Rd., Archdale, in reference to a reported vandalism. Upon arrival, contact was made with the property owner/victim, who provided evidence in the investigation. Following the investigation, charges were sought against Antonio Maurice Lowe for felony breaking/entering to terrorize and misdemeanor injury to personal property, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
On August 19, 2025, Lowe was located in Davidson County, arrested, and transported to the Davidson County Detention Center, where he was served his warrant and issued a $5,000 secure bond. A court date was set for August 15, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
