On September 18, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation relating to the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. As a result of this investigation, Detectives, along with the assistance of the Criminal Interdiction Team, Patrol Units, and the Emergency Response Team, executed a search warrant at the residence of Eric Dale Tucker on Lantern Dr., Asheboro. During the search, Detectives located and seized methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, clonazepam, and items of drug paraphernalia. Also seized were two firearms along with ammunition, and U.S. currency. As a result of this investigation, six individuals were arrested and charged accordingly.
Eric Dale Tucker was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession of firearm by felon, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received no bond due to having pending criminal charges, and a first appearance was set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
Stephanie Annette Pallas was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession of cocaine, felony identity theft, two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor resisting a public officer, and felony probation violation. She received a $20,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
Quincy Quintez Julius was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $65,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court. Julius is currently on Federal Probation for firearm charges from a previous incident.
Danny Ray Saunders was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond with a first appearance set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
Marcell Pierre Alsbrook was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received no bond due to having pending criminal charges, and a first appearance was set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
Justin Dwayne Greene was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance. He received no bond due to having pending criminal charges, and a first appearance was set for September 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
