On November 6, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office served an active warrant for arrest for Domestic violence protective order violation to Stephanie Hall Walls. During service, it was discovered Walls had possession of a handgun, which was against the terms of the order.
Walls was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of a firearm by a person subject to a domestic violence protective order. She did not receive a bond. A first appearance was set for November 7, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
