On November 12, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to to an agency assist request with NC Probation and Parole on Lambeth Mill Rd., Bennett, in reference to locating a firearm in the possession of Gabriel Lee Savage Bartholow, who is a convicted felon and currently on active probation. Following the investigation, he was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of a firearm by felon and issued no bond due to to the Pre-Trial Integrity Act. He is scheduled to appear in Randolph County District Court on November 14, 2025.
