On December 18, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Fairview Farm Rd. The driver was identified as Eric Christian Siler, who had an unserved order for arrest out of Guilford County and was placed under arrest for same. During a subsequent search, an illegal substance and drug paraphernalia were located.
Siler was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served his outstanding process. The magistrate issued a $25,500 secured bond and a first appearance was set for December 19, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
