On November 23, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Covered Bridge Rd., Trinity, in reference to a reported larceny/theft.
Following an investigation, charges were sought against Collin Henry Justus for felony obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny. The magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On December 12, 2025, Justus was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served his warrant. The magistrate issued a $5,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for December 15, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
