On January 22, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Albemarle Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a 911 hang-up. Upon investigation, a domestic dispute occurred between two parties. Following the investigation, both were arrested. During the search to arrest, Alexis Faye Tucker was found in possession of an illegal substance and paraphernalia.
They were transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges as follows:
Tucker – felony possession of fentanyl, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, and misdemeanor assault.
Jalen Riley Davis - misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, misdemeanor assault on a female.
Neither was given a bond due to the charges being domestic in nature. A first appearance was set for January 23, 2026, in Randolph County District Court.
