On May 26, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to 3847 Creekridge Country Rd., Randleman, in reference to a reported trespassing. Upon arrival, the victim advised that Christopher Joel Reynolds had been on the property and was previously advised several times not to not come back. The victim stated that Reynolds was last seen in the wood line across the roadway and gave a description of his clothing. Additional deputies arrived and they entered the woods in an attempt to locate the male. They located him at a tent in the woods approximately 30-40 feet off the roadway. During a subsequent search, Heroin and paraphernalia were located. Reynolds was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a secured bond of $2,000 and a first appearance was set for May 30, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
