On December 27, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Red Lane Rd., Pleasant Garden, regarding trespassing of a subject, later identified as Taylor Louis Bradshaw, who was armed with a shotgun and threatening the homeowner. Upon arrival, deputies observed Bradshaw exiting the driveway in his vehicle and stopped him. After several commands, Bradshaw exited the vehicle and was placed under arrest.
Deputies had responded to this location for the same issue on December 23rd, 2023. At that time, Bradshaw was trespassed from the property and warned if he returned, he would be arrested.
The firearms were collected from the vehicle due to the threats being made towards the homeowner and for being used to attempt to break into the residence.
He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony break/enter to terrorize/injure, misdemeanor communicating threats, and misdemeanor second-degree trespass. He was issued a $5,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for January 2, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
