On December 29, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that Winfred Dean Bowman had violated several rules of the facility he was staying at and would be discharged back to custody of Randolph County This was a violation of his conditions of EHA. Bowman was transported back to Randolph County where he was served with an order for arrest for violation of EHA. The magistrate set his bond at $50,000 secured and a first appearance was set for January 2, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
Bowman was placed on EHA on September 14, 2023, for a Probation Violation.
