On June 3, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Falcon Dr., Pleasant Garden, in reference to a residential fire upon the request of the Fire Marshals Office.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division and review with the Randolph County District Attorney’s Office, the case was presented to the Grand Jury to seek indictments against Terry Vance McClintock for felony first-degree arson.
During the July 2024 session of the Randolph County Grand Jury, a True Bill of Indictment was issued on McClintock for the charges.
On July 30, 2024, McClintock was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served the True Bill and taken before the magistrate who issued a $50,000 secured bond, and a court date was set for August 5, 2024, in Randolph County Superior Court.
