While investigating a call on January 1, 2025, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Office deputy encountered Jason Kyle Martin, who had an outstanding warrant for arrest. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued no bond. A first appearance was set for January 3, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
He was also served his outstanding process and issued a $1,000 secured bond.
