***UPDATE***
After further investigation into the breaking and entering into storage units on Beeson Farm Rd., charges were issued against Mark Anthony Tollison on June 8, 2022, for five counts of felony breaking and/or entering, four counts felony larceny, five counts felony possession of stolen goods/property, felony possession of a stolen firearm, and misdemeanor possession stolen goods/property.
On June 9, 2022, Tollison was located, arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served the outstanding warrants and the magistrate issued a $50,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for June 9, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.

Additional charges were issued against Lauren Elizabeth Fulk Frank on May 25, 2022, following the investigation into the breaking and entering into storage units on Beeson Farm Rd. and the location of the stolen items. The magistrate found probable cause for the additional charges of felony conspire to commit felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods/property.
On May 26, 2022, Frank was located, arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served the outstanding warrant and the magistrate issued a $3,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for May 27, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.

On May 14 and May 16, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received reports of breaking and entering into several storage units on Beeson Farm Rd., Sophia.
Subsequent to the reports, evidence was collected and the cases were turned over to detectives. During the investigation, the three suspects that broke into the units were identified as Justin Earl Faw, David Anthony Todd, and April Nicole Newsom; warrants were obtained on all three suspects.
On May 18, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Justin Earl Faw at his residence on Parinna Dr., Trinity, on the outstanding warrants for five counts felony breaking and or entering, four counts felony larceny, four counts felony possession of stolen goods/property, felony larceny of a firearm, felony possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the additional charges of misdemeanor simple possession schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The magistrate issued Faw a $30,000 dollar secured bond and a $1,000 unsecured bond. His first appearance is set for May 20, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
After further investigation it was determined that Lauren Elizabeth Fulk Frank had possession of items taken from one of the units and had sold the items to a business in Greensboro for cash. On May 20, 2022, a warrant for arrest was issued for her for felony possession of stolen goods and felony obtain property false pretense.
On May 21, 2022, while deputies were serving the outstanding warrant on Lauren Elizabeth Fulk Frank on Leigh Ln., Sophia, they observed items in the partially opened garage that were consistent with items stolen from the storage units. During a subsequent search, it was confirmed that the items were in fact from the units. She was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $5,000 unsecured bond and a first appearance was set for May 23, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
On May 22, 2022, the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested David Anthony Todd and April Nicole Newsom in their jurisdiction on Gordon Ln., Lexington, NC. Randolph County Deputies transported them from the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office to the Randolph County Detention Center where they were served their outstanding warrants for five counts felony breaking and or entering, four counts felony larceny, four counts felony possession of stolen goods/property, felony larceny of a firearm, felony possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property. Each were given a $25,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for May 23, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
