On March 23, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Hwy 220 N. and Waketa Dr., Randleman, in reference to a larceny in progress. The caller and victim reported that two males were running away from the property with items they had stolen. The caller stated he observed one male enter a vehicle and provided the details. A deputy arrived in the area, located the vehicle, removed the male from the vehicle, and detained him. He was identified as Timothy Wayne Moore. Property belonging to the victim was located in the trunk of the vehicle. Additional property was located in the wooded area during a K9 track to search for property.
During a saturation of the area, a female, identified as Stephanie Jayne Millikan was located. Her belongings were located inside the vehicle.
Moore and Milliken were arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony breaking or entering trailer/aircraft, felony larceny after break/enter, and felony possession of stolen goods. Moore was given a $5,000 secured bond. Ms. Millikan was charged with felony break or enter trailer/aircraft, felony larceny, and felony obtaining property by false pretense. Millikan was given no bond due to her being on pretrial release. A first appearance was set for March 24, 2025, in Randolph County District Court for both.
Charges were sought against the other male, identified as Timothy Shane Haney, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest for felony larceny, felony break/enter motor vehicle with theft, and felony larceny after break/enter.
On March 31, 2025, Haney was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant and issued a $30,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for April 1, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
