On June 1, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Gallimore Town Rd., Trinity, in reference to service of an outstanding Order for Arrest on Bryan Alexander Rose for failure to appear. Upon arrival, deputies located Rose and advised him of his missed court date. He was placed under arrest. During a subsequent search, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of Felony Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Counterfeit Instrument/Currency, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana up to ½ oz., Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. He was issued a $76,000 total secured bond and a first appearance was set for June 3, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
