
In July 2025, members of the Invictus Task Force initiated an investigation related to a Cyber tip received from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Indianapolis, field office. During the course of the investigation, Daylon Neal Wall was identified as a suspect.
On July 17, 2025, a search warrant was executed by members of the Invictus Task Force with the assistance of FBI, Greensboro, field office. As a result, Daylon Neal Wall was taken into custody and charged with one (1) count of First-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Wall was transported to the Davidson County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $10,000 secure bond and set a first appearance in Davidson County District Court for August12, 2025. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
