After further investigation, it was determined that Tabitha Marie Beck was with Matthews on June 5, 2022, during this incident and assisted in the entry, larceny and damage. The magistrate issued a warrant for her arrest for felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after break and/or enter and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
On June 8, 2022, Beck was located, arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served the outstanding warrant and received a $1,500 secured bond and a first appearance was set for June 9, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.

On June 5, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Cotton Road in Trinity in reference to a citizen dispute. Upon arrival, the victims reported that Frederick Aubrey Matthews had forcibly entered a locked bedroom and removed items. Charges were sought with the magistrate, who found probable cause for felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after break and/or enter and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
On June 6, 2022, Matthews turned himself in at the Randolph County Detention Center. Matthews also had outstanding warrants. He was served the warrants and received a $5,000 unsecured bond and a court date of June 6, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
