On July 28, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fight in progress, with injuries, at the intersection of Rockett Rd. and Colonial Loop in Randleman.
Following an investigation, Christopher William Packett was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center. The magistrate found probable cause for felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious bodily injury and issued a $10,000 secured bond. A first appearance is scheduled for July 29, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
