On September 9, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Hwy 220 Bus N, Randleman. During a subsequent search, an illegal substance and paraphernalia were located.
Hodges was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of heroin, felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods. Due to being on pre-trial release, she was given no bond. A first appearance was set for September 10, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
