In October 2025, members of the Invictus Task Force initiated an investigation related to multiple Cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. During the course of the investigation, Stephon Matthew Guillebeaux was identified as a suspect.
On November 21, 2025, the Invictus Task Force executed a search warrant in Burlington, NC, and as a result Stephon Matthew Guillebeaux was taken into custody on three (3) counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Guillebeaux was transported to the Alamance County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $300,000.00 bond and set a first appearance in Alamance County District Court for November 24, 2025. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
