On June 18, 2022, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Rhonda Dr. in Trinity. Upon approach of the vehicle, the passenger was identified as Justin Steven Roark, who had an outstanding warrant for arrest and was taken into custody. Roark was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, US Currency and paraphernalia. Following a medical evaluation, Roark was transported to Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin, felony maintaining a vehicle for the sale of narcotics, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served his outstanding warrant for Driving While License Revoked. He was given a $25,000 secured bond and a court date of June 20, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
The driver was identified as Tori Henderson, whose license was suspended. During an inventory of the vehicle, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located belonging to Henderson. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given a $2,500 unsecured bond and a court date of July 11, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
