On July 5, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Briles Dr., Asheboro, in reference to a report of a breaking/entering/larceny. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the caller who reported to be moving from this residence and had returned to retrieved more items when they noticed that someone had beaten the door knob off of door and items were missing from the residence.
Following the investigation by the Randolph County Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Savannah Schultz and Desirahea Bren Waddell and a warrant was issued for Felony Breaking & Entering, Felony Larceny after Breaking & Entering, and Felony Possession Stolen Property for both. A petition for a juvenile involved in the incident was also obtained.
On July 25, 2022, Savannah Miranda Schultz was located and served he outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center and taken before magistrate who issued a written promise to appear, and set the next court date for August 3, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
On July 26, 2022, Desirahea Bren Waddell was located and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center and taken before magistrate. She was served her outstanding warrant and issued a written promise to appear on August 15, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
