On September 6, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Division, along with the assistance of the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team, the Thomasville Police Department, the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office and the NCSBI, concluded an investigation by executing a search warrant on Turnpike Rd. in Thomasville. During the search, Detectives located and seized approximately 78.7 grams of Heroin and approximately 1.7 lbs. of Methamphetamine. Also seized was a firearm and US Currency.
Cole McKay Parris was charged with Felony Trafficking in Heroin, Felony Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Heroin, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule II, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule III, Felony Maintaining Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance and Felony Possession of Firearm by Felon. He is confined in the Davidson County Detention Center where he was served with his warrants and given a $510,000 Secured Bond.
Brittany Elizabeth Thomas was charged with Felony Trafficking in Heroin, Felony Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Heroin, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule II, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule III, Felony Maintaining Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance and Felony Possession of Firearm by Felon. On September 12, 2022, she was apprehended by the Criminal Apprehension Team and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served the warrant and issued a $200,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for September 13, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
