On October 18, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers went to the residence of Noah Gregory Enochs to transport him for drug testing as a part of the conditions of his court ordered EHA. Upon the return of a positive drug test, he was charged with violating EHA. His new conditions of release were set at $1,000,000 Secured + EHA. A court date has been set for October 24, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
Enochs was originally placed on EHA on February 9, 2021, for the charges of three counts of Felony Statutory Sex Offence with a child less than 15 years of age, and six counts of Felony Statory Rape of a child less than 15 years of age. His original bond was set at $1,000,000 secured with EHA.
