On October 25, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Hopewell Friends Rd., Asheboro, in reference to an agency assist. Probation officers were on scene and had conducted an in-home visit on a male subject that lived in the residence. While probation officers were conducting a search of the residence they located illegal contraband in a pocketbook belonging to Kristin Nicole Julian and requested a deputy to respond in reference to seizing the drugs along with pursuing charges on the female.
Upon arrival, the substances located were seized and field tested positive for heroin and methamphetamine. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony possession schedule II controlled substance and felony possession of methamphetamine. She was given a written promise to appear in court along with a court date for November 14, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
