On November 5, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US Hwy 64 W near Gallimore Town Rd. During the investigation it was determined that the driver’s license had been revoked. The driver was identified as Bryan Alexander Rose. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine, marijuana, paraphernalia, and an unknown substance were located and Rose was placed under arrest.
Rose was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor Possession Marijuana up to ½ oz. and Misdemeanor Possession Marijuana Paraphernalia. He was issued a $5,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for November 7, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
The unknown substance will be sent to the SBI to be tested.
