On November, 15, 2022, a detective in Criminal Investigations received a call from a victim reporting that Adam Marshall Culler had pawned stolen items at an area pawn shop. Detectives confirmed the information and recovered the stolen property. Subsequently, the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for Culler for Felony Larceny, Felony Possession of Stolen Goods/Property and Felony Obtain Property by False Pretense.
On December 1, 2022, Culler was apprehended by the Criminal Apprehension Team and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served with the warrant.
He was also served another outstanding warrant for Felony Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny After Break/Enter, and Felony Possession of Stolen Goods/Property for a larceny that occurred in September.
The magistrate issued a $10,000 total secured bond and a first appearance was set for December 2, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
