On December 8, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) transported Stephanie Weaver Pallas, who is currently on EHA, for a routine drug screening at the Day Reporting Center (DRC). Following positive results for methamphetamine during the screening, she was transported to the magistrate at the Randolph County Courthouse, where probable cause was found for an electronic house arrest violation. The original preset bond was reissued for the amount of $200,000.
Pallas was placed on EHA on November 30, 2022, for violation of the guidelines of the DRC. She was originally placed with DRC by the court for her original charges of felony first degree kidnapping and felony aid and abet armed robbery. Pallas was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center and released to detention staff. A first appearance was set for December 9, 2022, in Randolph County Superior Court.
