On March 22, 2023, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Deputy located Jeremy Wayne Allen, who had a warrant for arrest out of Montgomery County for Felony Larceny, on W. Dixie Dr., Asheboro. He was placed under arrest. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia were located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession marijuana paraphernalia. The magistrate issued a written promise to appear for these offenses. A court date was set for March 22, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
He was also served the warrant for arrest as well and was issued a $2,500 secured bond for this offense.
