On March 30, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Alamo Dr. in Trinity in reference to an agency assist with NC Probation and Parole. Justin Douglas Furr had violated his probation due to missing his court date. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine was located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was given a $65,000 secured bond and a first appearance is scheduled for April 1, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
