Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that Tierra Meyon Johnson had violated her conditions of EHA by going to unauthorized locations on June 18, 2023. On June 21, 2023, EHA Officers transported Johnson to the Adult Day Reporting Center where she tested positive for illegal substances. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the felony electronic house arrest violation. The magistrate placed her back under her original bond of $200,000 secured plus continued EHA. A first appearance was scheduled for June 26, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Johnson was placed on EHA on March 3, 2023, for two counts felony trafficking opium/heroin, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, maintain/sell/deliver/possess a controlled substance within 1000 Ft. of a park, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia
