On April 10, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jarvis Miller Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a family fight. Upon arrival, family members were located in the driveway and the offender, Kathleen Marie Kujan, could be heard yelling and throwing items inside the residence. A purse belonging to Kujan was turned over to the deputies and methamphetamines were located inside same. Deputies entered the residence and made contact with Kujan, who was placed under arrest for the possession of Methamphetamines. She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where and the magistrate found probable cause for the charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was held under a $2,000.00 secured bond and a first appearance was set for April 11, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
