On January 10, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible sex offense upon minors. Following an investigation of the allegations, Criminal Investigation Detectives sought charges against Martin Teofilo Aguilar for felony indecent liberties with a child.
On September 22, 2023, Aguilar was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served the warrant. The magistrate issued a $10,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for September 25, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
