On February 28, 2026, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an attempted burglary on Fork Creek Mill Rd, Asheboro.
Following an investigation, charges were sought against Christian Cesar Espinoza for felony attempted first-degree burglary and misdemeanor injury to real property. After reviewing the evidence, the magistrate found probable cause for the charges and issued a warrant for arrest.
On March 3, 2026, Espinoza was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served his warrant and issued no bond. A first appearance was scheduled for March 4, 2026, in Randolph County District Court.
